Zoe leads a team managing key relationships with Aston Martin Red Bull Racing’s technical and innovation partners, based at the team’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK. The diverse portfolio of 14 Partnerships spans a wide range of technical capabilities and products – from some of the World’s biggest names in telecoms and IT, to leading experts in manufacturing and product development.
Zoe joined Aston Martin Red Bull Racing in 2015, coming from 5 years industry experience in motorsport and high-performance engineering in the UK’s Motorsport Valley. Initially joining the Team as a Senior Partnership Manager, Zoe’s role is to liaise directly with the team’s key technical partners, and also engineering stakeholders within the business, to ensure innovation partnerships deliver the maximum value to both parties. After completing a law degree with honours from one of the UK’s top law schools, Zoe attended University of Warwick to study for an MSc in Engineering Business Management. Graduating with a distinction, Zoe then went to work for the Motorsport Industry Association, running international business development activities for UK motorsport suppliers and manufacturers, and working on campaigns to represent the industry at Government level.
More recently, Zoe has worked in marketing and business development for low carbon vehicle technology developer Torotrak Group, and motorsport-bred subsidiary Flybrid, developing a keen working knowledge of mechanical engineering, vehicle dynamics and engineering processes.
Zoe is a highly competent presenter, having represented Aston Martin Red Bull Racing and its Partners at a range of major industry events, technical conferences, as well as trackside and factory activations.

Darren currently serves as Vice President for EMEA Networking for Citrix Systems and is responsible for accelerating growth strategy through increased cloud adoption, driving improved customer experience and a drive loyal partner eco system. Prior to this, he was Vice President UK and Ireland and was responsible for product sales growing over 60%.
With 25 years of experience and success, Darren has worked in senior leadership roles with UKI/EMEA and Global responsibility for Hardware, Software and Telecom companies. This experience has been gained within large multi-national corporations as well as smaller entrepreneurial companies. Expertise has primarily been in Infrastructure hardware & Infrastructure Management tools, Backup & Recovery, Content Management, Customer Communication and Service Management. Recent experience has been leading Cloud IaaS and SaaS related products.
Darren has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middlesex University and lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and two children.
Jon Cook

Jon leads a team of Global Account Managers, selling into the company’s largest commercial customers across its core markets in Europe. He has held a variety of roles at Citrix for the past 16 years, including several sales leadership roles, managing UK Enterprise Accounts, Mid-Market, Corporate, Specialist and Inside Sales teams.
Prior to joining Citrix, Jon worked for tech services company, Learning Tree International, for seven years carrying out a number of sales and product strategy roles based in both Europe and the US.

Sara is Irish by birth, she has lived and worked in mainland Europe for over 20 years. Her HR experience has been predominantly in larger B2B multinationals with a focus on talent management, organizational, transformation and critical leadership development during phases of significant change. Sara is also a certified executive coach.

Sustainability, end user experience and productivity are areas where he has focused his knowledge in the past 10 years by building joint business value cases, CxO strategy validation, acting as a trusted adviser and evangelists of the Citrix vision and strategy
Peter Söderholm

Peter Söderholm is responsible for Citrix Nordic’s team of systems engineers. He has extensive experience in introducing Citrix solutions to the largest companies in Sweden and the Nordic countries, both in large and small environments. With a background in technology, Peter has previously taken on roles in both support and technical sales support.

Rick Roetenberg is a Senior Sales Engineer at Citrix in the Netherlands. He decided to start at Citrix because he loved the concept Citrix provided to customers. In his previous role at his former company Rick implemented a lot of the Citrix environment. Having the technical knowhow helps him to provide the best solution for the customer, especially looking at the challenges most customers are facing since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Den attributes his customer centricity to his roots in the IT Group at Cisco where he held the position of CIO for the Emerging Markets, a sales region that spanned Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Under his leadership, the IT Group made significant investment to support tremendous growth in the region, transforming the organisation’s foundational infrastructure while providing a portfolio of new capabilities.

Mark Wayt is a Worldwide Client Platforms Architect, covering all elements of Digital Workplace (VDI, Microsoft 365 & Windows 10) in the Worldwide Network, Workplace and IoT Practice Area for HPE Pointnext Services. He is one of the co-architects of HPE GreenLake for VDI and is currently building the analysis and delivery service for Citrix’s Workplace with Intelligence and Future Digital Workplace operating models. Mark has been working in IT since the early 90's, cutting his teeth on DOS 3.3, Windows 3.1 and the early versions of Windows NT. He brings to HPE his years of customer-side understanding, knowledge and challenges inside the FSI, Security and Telecoms sectors. Benita has a passion for supporting worthy causes and was a core member of the Citrix Million Makers team ‘TeamTrix’ in 2019 where she helped raise £104,670 for the UK’s chosen charity The Prince’s Trust.

Rob McGregor owns a couple of businesses in Oxfordshire. He founded a bar called The Keep and a spirits company making gin called Albino Flamingo. Covid struck and he and his business partner pivoted their bar to become a specialist off-licence and online store. He is opening a restaurant in late 2021. Husband to Lucy, Dad to Lily and Rupert the cockapoo.

Sam owns the same businesses as Rob, the two partners opened their first business The Keep in 2016. Since working in a pub at the age of 16, Sam has always wanted to be involved in the hospitality industry. Although studying film at university, the job at the local pub remained and played a huge part in his future career. Aside from work, Sam loves getting out and playing football and cricket, and going out for food and drinks with his partner Hollie and cockapoo Miller, named after gin funnily enough.
PJ Hough

PJ Hough is executive vice president and chief product officer for Citrix and is responsible for providing direction for the company’s current and future technology direction. As the evangelist in chief he works closely in elevating relationships with key technology partners, while advancing our mission and product vision with customers and channel partners alike.
Hough brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Citrix, most recently serving as the CVP of Developer division at Microsoft leading the evolution of the Visual Studio product portfolio to fully modern engineering practices, helping to increase revenue and focus on data-driven decision making. Prior to that, he spent over 17 years in the Microsoft Office Division, driving vision and execution for the program management of the entire Office suite culminating with introduction of Office365.
Hough earned a bachelor’s degree in computer applications with honors from the National Institute for Higher Education in Dublin, and a master’s degree in computer applications with 1st Class honors from Dublin City University. He holds 11 patents.
